Pet of the day I | | (Click the image) | | Name: Dabasi Milaja | Milaja lived chained up since she was three months old, never received stimulation, and had no opportunity to go for walks. She had no personal space, so she was extremely fearful of strangers and fiercely defended her own territory. Her fear initially appeared as aggression, which was completely understandable given her early circumstances.
It took her eight days to realize that she is safe with us and has nothing to fear. Today she no longer bites, is not afraid of us, and is a true sweetheart: very affectionate, always wanting to be near us, and loves company. She behaves well indoors, has no separation anxiety, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs.
Milaja is a genuine companion dog who has blossomed after experiencing love and safety. She can become the best friend for anyone who welcomes her and cares for her. |

| The goal of the program is to help homeless pets find new families. It was created and has been run by private persons, on their own time and money. The usage of the program is free for both would-be adopters and animal protection organizations. Each organization maintains the data of their respective pets. Who can participate? Anybody who accepts the following conditions: 1. Runs a shelter or a temporary home for animals. 2. Regularly updates the data of their pets. If we find that a participating organization deliberately misleads the would-be adopters with false information then we will exclude that organization from the program.
If you wish to participate in the program please write to the following address: admin@allatok.info
