She had been kept on a chain, her coat was severely neglected, and she received no affection. With the help of the police, she was finally freed. While on the chain, she loyally guarded her owner’s property, but the moment she was released, her true self emerged – a very shy, deeply sensitive dog full of love and longing for kindness. She has already had her first grooming session – not her favorite experience, but she bravely got through it. Now she’s clean, beautiful, and ready for a fresh start. Saly has a gentle and friendly nature. She is house-trained, calm and well-behaved indoors, but active and alert in the garden – a true Puli! She gets along well with other dogs and is friendly toward cats. She walks nicely on a leash and can happily live with children. Saly is learning to trust people again and is becoming braver and more affectionate every day. She’s looking for a family who will give her patience, love, and security, and show her what a truly happy dog’s life can be.
